Il Gigante<\/strong>, an Italian supermarket chain, commissioned an in-depth analysis of customer service practices in the United States. The objective was to understand the pros and cons of strategies adopted by U.S. supermarket chains and U.S. retailers in general to improve customer approach and optimize the customer experience in their stores. This study was based on interviews with customers and an analysis of their reactions in order to gather feedback and opinions crucial for continuous improvement.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
